Hey guys! I LOOOVE this Annie Chun's spicy ramen (230 cal per bowl, I add about 70-100 cals worth of tofu for a bit more protein as well as a packet of seaweed for 20 cal.) 10/10 recommend.

I have midterms coming up, and I'm looking for similarly cheap/easy meals I can find in grocery stores that are satiating but low-calorie.

    Silo Streetfood is a pretty good brand for this if they’re carried near you. Most are lower in protein though so always helpful to add tvp/tofu/etc.. Good luck with your midterms!
