This is by far my own take on this dish. I added arugula, quinoa and hummus for extra protein and fiber. I also added extra seasoning to the recipe. Cumin, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, red chili pepper flakes, dill, oregano, and parsley.

    Beef is the main star of this plate. While it looks very yummy, it should take backstage to vegetables.

    Just a reminder for the newbies: red meat is limited on this diet, which is a predominantly plant-based diet.
