Hard to beat this one on damned near anything. I prefer it with some crema, onions and cilantro.

Keep going back to it as my fav. Gotta be honest though, i preferred the old branding. Not that it matters much i guess but still

I buy all sorts of sauces, but I always have this one on the fridge. This is my favorite.

I ran through a bottle of the serrano on some ceviche this weekend. Yellow Bird rocks.

Try their plum reaper. You’ll have a new favorite.

Yeah, it’s a must have. I’ve liked every one of their sauces that I’ve tried.

I like these although a little on the sweet side but they nailed texture / viscosity

definitely a good brand but I wish they used glass to bottle instead of plastics

Meh.. Yellow Bird is decent for mild sauces. Good flavor and texture, but if I’m looking for any heat, it’s not a go-to for me.

Personally, It has everything I want in a sauce.

  12. I think I was expecting something more from it when I bought it, cause I was a tad underwhelmed. It was also $9 for what I consider a relatively small bottle.
