Football season is in full swing, and just because your team sucks doesn’t mean your food has to. Every game day is a winner with this creamy and flavorful spinach and artichoke dip. Meet me in the kitchen. Let’s make it happen. All right, first things first. Dice one onion and about 8 oz of artichoke hearts. If you’re not a fan of artichokes, you can skip that step. Next, we’re going to cook one pound of fresh spinach. It’s going to look like way too much, but shrinkage is real. Next, add the spinach to a paper towel and make sure it’s extra dry. Then, chop it up. And then to some melted butter, add your onion, artichoke, some seasoning. We’re using red pepper flakes, some smoked paprika. A little AP seasoning, some chicken buan powder, and some buttery garlic pepper seasoning. Next, add a little flour to thicken things up, followed by some heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese. Toss in that cooked spinach, followed by some mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cuz why the hell not? We’re here for a good time, not a long time. Pop that in the oven at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes. And brace yourself for a trademark money shot. Say it with me, guys. Looking good. Everything you need is in the caption. Now it’s your turn to make it happen.
