Had an unsuspected rapid drop in temp and my reapers hated it (obviously). I have a nice amount of unripe pods. Any recommendations on recipes/uses. So they don’t get wasted. Green hot sauce? I’ve made many different sauces with them when ripe. Just wondering if anybody had some good ideas for unripe pods?

Eat them.
edit – those will still be pretty hot in an unripe state, and will work just fine for sauces. Quite possibly easier to use than ripe superhots, which need more taming.

Pull up the plant and leave the pods on it for ripening. Might work, if not make sauces, salsa, jelly, or dehydrate them
