Ingredients
4 cucumbers
2 cups yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1 cup cold water
A pinch of dill (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mint
For the topping:
Olive oil
Dill

DIRECTIONS
1. Peel the cucumbers and grate them coarsely using the coarse side of a box grater.
2. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, cold water, and grated garlic with a whisk.
3. Add the cucumbers and finely chopped dill and mix. You can omit the dill if desired.
4. Add salt and mint and mix again. You can also use fresh mint for this recipe.
5. Transfer to serving bowls. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with dill.

So, we believe in peace and food brings us together. So, one and a pinch of salt. I’m going to add to make it thinner. This is the easiest one. See should be enough. We may add more yogurt if we put some garlic. If you like garlic a lot, you may grate a lot or two or one big one will be enough. Yeah, you may either grate the cucumbers, but I prefer cutting them into pieces, small pieces using a knife. That will be easier for me. the um skin like how like how you do that stripes and putting small stripes there and then she’s an explor she’s right most of the garlic and actually and on the board maybe okay on top or mix it oh you’ll mix it too I I mix.
