Just commenting to say I use the same trusty recipe. Alexandra is the best
My dog wakes me up at 430 am so that’s when I will bake a loaf if I have one!
My bake days always start at 3am (cottage bakery). Once you get over the crankiness of waking up that early, there is a certain peace and stillness that exists in those very early morning hours that is profound. I love it.
