    honestly I have never had it – but I love the flavor of steak. I don’t think i need anything else. I season only w salt… occasionally if i have cracked pepper on the table I MIGHT sprinkle some on, but not needed and honestly I don’t taste the pepper … only if i get some that I bite on and get the heat of it

    I made it for the first time last week with my denver cut and not sure if I can have steak without it going forward. So delicious

    The gift of the gods. Sometimes, we run a special at the restaurant i work at with this and a hangar steak. Hard to keep the staff out of it.

    Not so much with every cut, just with some of them. I like it with a steak that has a lot of crust to interior ratio, like skirt, not with thick cuts like NY strip

    Never actually tried it. I dont typically eat anything on my steak. Seeing claims that it doesn’t overpower the steak so maybe I’ll try it.
