This exceptional project is being implemented through a partnership between Lazure Hotel & Marina and the organization I Love France, with the logistical support of the International Union of the Alsace Region. Over the past years, the project has confirmed its importance in promoting destinations around the world, affirming culinary excellence and contributing to international recognition for restaurants in the host countries.

At the gala dinner on October 19, Lazure Hotel and Marina will host legendary French chef Michel Husser, owner of the only restaurant in the world to have held a Michelin star continuously for 88 years, as well as world vice-champion in pastry making Christian Cottard. The audience can expect an evening dedicated to top techniques, authentic French flavors, and carefully selected combinations of dishes and ambiance.
