  1. Ingredients for Dressing:
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 anchovy fillets (or 2 tsp anchovy paste)
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 cup Oil (I prefer EVOO & you may need less)
    • ⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt & Pepper to taste
    • Aleppo pepper & Smoked Paprika

    Chicken:
    • Chicken Thighs
    • Lemon Juice
    • Anchovy & it’s oil
    • Aleppo Pepper
    • Garlic
    • Oregano
    • Salt & Pepper
