Let’s make this Turkish pday. Roll out my allpurpose Middle Eastern dough to an oblong shape. It should almost be translucent. And top it off with my middle eastern m lamb. Brush gently to adhere leaving a small border around the edges, not too thick and not too thin. Fold the edges over the lamb and pinch to seal the two ends to resemble a boat and stretch the dough slightly and transfer onto a cutting board lined with parchment paper. Brush the Asia with some egg wash. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting and set your pizza stone or baking steel on the lowest rack. I’m just using an inverted baking tray and slide in the Pday. Bake until the bottom is slightly charred. It should look something like this. The lamb should be baked through and the top is crispy brown. I’m going to make one with cheese and egg toppings. I’m just using some shredded mozzarella. Pick until the cheese has melted and slide in an egg yolk and continue picking until the yolk is set. Garnish with some parsley. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and squeeze some fresh lime juice over the top and brush your dough with some melted butter. And now it’s time to get the four article at fetto.sg. Let’s try this classic pday. This tastes so good. Not going to lie, but this tastes better than some other pizza. Turkish cuisine is so underrated. Now, let’s try this egg and cheese toppings. I’m still fighting the right word to describe how good this is. Hope you give this a try. Thank you for watching. Have fun in the kitchen.
