Even had some homemade ssamjang. Absolutely killed it. The mac salad may not traditional but it was absolutely delicious.

I put leftover minced Korean bbq pork in my quesadillas and it was amazing, basically Korean al pastor. I often have macaroni salad as a banchan with my Korean meals at home

Koreans make mac salad for banchan all the time, especially in Hawaii. Totally fine and welcome tbh, looks great!
