Let me introduce you to one of the most requested recipes on my site. And yeah, it’s not even a dessert. It is these brie asparagus and brushto puff pastries. They’re covered in honey butter and honestly, when I posted this, I knew they’re delicious, but I didn’t think they’d be mega viral. And these go in the multi-millions every time I post them. I love this recipe because it has sweet, salty, flaky, a little bit of crunch, a little bit of freshness from the asparagus. It’s basically got everything you want in a bite. They’re big enough to be a meal, but they’re also perfect as an appetizer. These are perfect for a fancy get together, a holiday party, or something casual like a backyard barbecue. I think these are so versatile. You guys obviously love them as much as I do. Not to mention, they’re so simple to make. So, put your puff pastry down, top with honey butter, a little brush, the asparagus. No need to cook the asparagus. It bakes in the oven. Just use thin stocks, top with bree cheese, more honey butter, and then wrap them up, bake them, and do you have the ultimate meal. Sweet, salty, flaky.

  1. I've never had a prosciutto I liked so I'm really wary of trying it again. I actually found it disgusting. But I love bacon. Have I only had bad prosciutto?
