    I’ve been working on recreating traditional dishes from around the world for the last 2 and a bit years. I’ve made over 400 so far. The focus has been on authentic ingredients and technique (at least to attempt to be as close as possible).

    This Sapporo Miso Ramen was one of my favourites to make recently: chicken miso broth, wheat noodles, corn, bean sprouts, and marinated soy sauce eggs.

    This is actually my first food-related post. I used to share my cooking on Imgur (until it was blocked here in the UK), so I’m moving to Reddit.

    I’ll be posting more traditional dishes (and my own recipes). If you have recommendations of what to cook, that would be massively appreciated. The more obscure, the better!
