Had coals left after grilling some steak and chicken for the slicer (homemade deli meat).

Decided to not let them go to waste, threw a couple onions on there with olive oil and salt, now what to do with them other than add to sandwiches? maybe a dip of some kind? grilled onion and chive mayo?

IMO grilled onions are good to go as is, maybe a dash of salt.

Take the rings apart and make onion rings out of them. Then take the small inside pieces and some hot sauce and blend together with ketchup.

I would put them on a plate and dress them with a little bit of crispy garlic chili yum yum

Take out the black part, use in stew soup, like pho soup

Burgers, grill them like that then chop them up and add to raw ground beef with spices.

pull them apart and hang them from the ceiling, then run through them with sonic speed

Just salt and maybe some garlic powder. Look a bit dry, so maybe some olive oil too. Could be wrong about the last bit though.

Cook up some asada and toss some of that on top with a green pepper in the side

  9. I’m trying to figure out why you don’t just eat them.

    Make tomato maybe?
    They’re already cutted so…

Honestly? I’d add a little salt and eat them as is.

  12. Probably wash it, after I ate the onions on top of it.

I’d tell myself that I would cook some burgers to use them on. In reality, I would munch on them while the burgers were cooking and only have a few left when the burgers were done. LOL
