Bonus picture of Jug, guardian of the grill and approving taste tester

Did a full chimney of B+B Briquettes – split them in half on each side of grill (my kettle didn't come with baskets)

Ran between 250-300 for ~2 hours until it hit 145-150 internal.

Rested for 20 minutes

    Not to be nitpicky but that’s a full pork loin – not a tenderloin. But it does look very good.

    Costco had $5 off on full loins a few weeks ago. I should’ve bought more than 1. I took half and cut it into chops that I brined and grilled. The other half I sliced thinner and divided it between 2 different marinades I whipped up.
