

Used a camp chef pellet with two smoke tubes. Smoked for about 9.5 hrs starting at 210f and ending at 250f until the brisket reached around 180ish and then finished it in the oven at 190f for about 10 hrs.
It was definitely overcooked and so gonna tinker with some cooking times and temps, but was still good enough for my office potluck!
