new Pop Tarts Protein… I don’t know about this one.. 380-400 calories for only 10g of protein does not seem like a good trade-off to me.

It has the same calories as the regular pop tarts, these just have 10g protein instead of 4g like the regular. So if you let your kid eat these it would be worth it to get one with a little extra protein instead. They’re definitely not marketed at the health conscious folks.

Yea I don’t get this push to put protein in everything now… leave my damn poptarts alone…

FDA needs to start regulating the use of adding “protein” to labels. This is not a high protein snack and products like this are deceptive.

a piece of cinnamon sugar toast has better macros than these lol

How different do they taste I wonder. Since these are the same amount of calories as original poptarts, they could deadass reformulate their iconic treats and make them have better macros.

Protein is just a marketing buzzword now. Most people think they need more than they do and they pay more than they need to get it from sketchy sources.

Have you ever put butter on a poptart?

Shocker! The obvious is obvious. They’re just getting on the protein marketing trend. That’s it.
