This Gold Coast fine dining gem is located in the members-only Astor Club—but there’s no membership required to snag a table.

The exclusive restaurant offers 8 seats per night, according to Michelin, in a communal-style setting. Guests enjoy a carefully crafted tasting menu with highlights like a champagne foam-topped oyster and imported Nova Scotia lobster.

Those interested in experiencing Chef’s Table at Astor Club should prepare to reserve a spot well in advance and spend a pretty penny.

This Randolph street eatery offers a casual bistro experience, with a menu reflecting French and Midwestern influences.

Michelin recommends the Parisian gnocchi in rich gruyere sauce and the steamed halibut with dumplings.

Don’t skip out on dessert! The raspberry sherbet meringue cake and baguette soft serve with brown butter crumbs are worth saving room for.
