known as “Makarna”, is a comforting, flavorful dish often made with simple ingredients like tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Unlike Italian pasta, Turkish-style pasta has a rich, homey taste — usually cooked softer and often topped with yogurt, melted butter, and a sprinkle of red
Hey everyone. Today I’m so excited to show you how to make this incredible Turkish pasta. It’s one of my absolute favorites. And honestly, it looks just as good. I mean, look at that beautiful finish with all the fresh herbs on top. Okay, let me walk you through the recipe. First up is our meat sauce base. We’re going to saut some onions until they get nice and soft before adding in the ground meat. The key here is a really flavorful tomato paste mixed into melted butter. For the creamy topping, we’ll combine yogurt with garlic powder and black pepper for seasoning. Once everything is cooked perfectly, go ahead and plate your spaghetti noodles right away. Now for the best part. Spoon over that delicious homemade meat sauce. Then add generous dollops of our creamy yogurt dressing. You have to mix it all together.
