We pray for the sick and shut in, the single moms. I think there’s been three deaths in three days. Thank God my daddy was not one of my God today. But we pray for those families. Um, one of them, my girlfriend, Miss Park over in Charlotte, that was very sad. Diane Katon, and D’Angelo is what we’re hearing now. So, everybody was asking, everybody on YouTube said, “How in the world did you make a gluten-free fried chicken?” It the only thing that makes sense, right? I see 20,000 beautiful people on the roof. So, I expect 20,000 beautiful thumbs up, girl. Dad, doesn’t that make sense? A gluten-free flour makes a gluten-free fried chicken. Thank you, Bertha. And just a little bit of this fish fry. And just a little bit of this fish fry, which has zero sugars. Is that not ingenious, 40 calories, and my husband’s diabetic, so we believe in no sugar, right? So that means this is not a true flower. It may have some flour in it, but it Let me read to help people out. It’s a type of breading seasoned flour blend. Seasoned flour blend. But if I’m doing a majority gluten-free, one cup, and this is just a little support, then I have the ability to call this a gluten-free fish fry. Out of respect for my husband, who does all his frying, you want to try the deep fryer or no? No. Okay. I told you you don’t want I don’t want any I’mma go with two pans tonight, y’all, so we can keep production moving. Everybody see two pans? I see you guys. Y’all are beautiful. Let’s go ahead and get our eyes on. My husband likes to eat. That’s it. How did she do it? I feel like I need to wash my hand. This is the This is the uh congerish Snapper. Uh, he’ll come and talk to me about what’s what. This I know. This is the snapper. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. This is the snapper. Oo, look at her. Oo, that’s going to be sexy. Snapper, catfish, and some steaks. And the steaks again are the conger, right, Daddy? Huh? No, the conger are the pieces. The steaks are the the mullet. Mullet. You get the catfish. I got the catfish. I don’t want the kids to get the kids will know their fish because they’ll be flat. We’re We’re going to do about a cup and a half of cooking oil in each vegetable and canola. A cup and a half. If you’re using your 8 in skillet or your 16 in skillet, 16 in may require two cups because you want to cover the fish. It might not do a deep fry. So, you may have to cook it on both sides. That’s the benefit of skillet frying. If you don’t deep fry, you’re going to turn the fish over. Two cups in the 16, one cup in the eight. I rinsed my fish. One lady said, “I would like it if you were a little more organized before you got started.” I appreciate that, sister. You right. You right. You right, baby. You right. But how? Whomever. I just got off the highway. Just like you coming in to do from everything we do during the day as a woman, right? And Hubs is the hardworking man of the house. And I do appreciate and love that. And the kids were out of school today, so I got to run with them. And we checked on Papa. If you thumbs it up, look at that. Beautiful. I don’t even think the kids going to be eat that much. That’s a papa used to love our fried catfish. A beautiful piece of catfish. I’m going to wrench wrench it still. Going to rinse it still. Okay. And I get it. I know many of us have never heard of a fish fry on a week um on a Tuesday night. The me and author are eating high protein and have been obsessed. Absolutely. One to two tablespoons of your spice blend and your oy one teaspoon. That’ll probably be all of it. All of it. Just all of it. And pepper gives it a good flavor. good flavor. One teaspoon of pepper. It’s already got the uh garlic powder. All those things are in there. All right. So, let’s um let’s give it a doll a little bit of salt. And again, rest in peace to D’Angelo, Kate Middleton, Janetta, and who was the other one I just said? Author. That’s three. It’s usually in threes. Oh, my girlfriend Lynn’s father. Oh my goodness. So for two cups of gluten-free flour and one cup of ostrich, a u t r y, seasoned flour, one teaspoon. That’s what I just said. We’re going to go right to frying. Okay, you guys, let me turn these over because remember, you want your fish to be seasoned, not just the dredge. So, you want to season both sides. We are not doing a deep fry where you just drop the fish in the fryer. We are doing um pan frying where we’re going to turn our fish over. You want to flex your wrist like that to drizzle the seasoning. Sprinkle the seasoning over the fish. It’s a It’s a slight twinkle of the wrist. And remember, fish said they like that. Okay, ready?
