Banana pudding tres leches. Welcome to another snacktastic adventures. I’m your snack boy Loy here with another snack review just for you. I’m at Cali Soul where I just finished those amazing Miami and Tampa Cubanos. Now it’s time to dive into the sides. So, we have our moho fries. Makes me think of Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff Girls. There’s a special seasoning on these. Uh, our waitress said is similar to taheen, which you know, I love me some taheen. Let’s see. These aren’t your crispy fries. It’s very soft. They almost kind of look inflated there. It’s like a very soft potato wedge. And I bet it’s even better with a holi. Yep. And then our final side, we’ve got to have fried plantains. It’s got crispy edges with a nice soft center. Let’s dig on in. Sweet and delightful. Well, eat your heart out, bananas. Fried plantains got you beat here. Yeah, this is real good. Now it’s time for dessert. It’s trese leches with banana pudding on top. Really curious about this combo. Oh yeah, I smell that banana pudding. It’s beautiful presentation as well. Got a huge bite here. Wow, I am digging this. I really am. Lot of great flavors going on here. But yeah, that banana pudding is the strongest. It goes with the trese leches really well. What’s crumbled up on top is Maria cookies. You can get them in another dish as well. I don’t know if you can tell, but the bottom of this, that’s the tresletches. That’s some good banana pudding right there. Highly recommend it. Huge shout out to our server for recommending this one to us. Have you tried this dessert before?
