Honestly I love plain tortellini, especially cold the next day.
I just love a cold dumpling. Sometimes I get wonton soup just so I can eat the wontons cold for breakfast.

I absolutely love tortellini, I could easily eat it without sauce. I’d prefer it with sauce of course, but I could do it without for sure.

You could easily make a parmesan butter sauce. Melt some butter add the Parma with a bit of red pepper flakes with some black pepper warm and add noodles toss and serve.

People are just weirdos.
As a Japanese American I get weird looks when I just eat rice by itself with no seasoning.
I also eat tortellini plain as well… albeit usually with some of my expensive olive oil I have tucked away in the corner of the pantry and some real parmigiano Reggiano. My husband can’t stand it 😂 “It’s too mleh” he says.
