If you bring this dip to a party, just be prepared. People will be asking for the recipe. It’s a roasted tomato bara dip with crispy garlic christinis on the side. Do not worry, I found the recipe. Cuz I’m having a family get together today and I’m certain my family would be quite impressed if I brought this dip because growing up, I was never a big fan of tomatoes and I’m lactose intolerant. So, the cheese and the tomatoes and all, but I’m going to try it anyway. I actually just got this yesterday, so I’m really excited. So firstly, we’re going to put our cherry tomatoes in here. And then we’re going to fill it halfway up with olive oil. Now we add the olive oil. Next, we’re going to season this with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano. Now we mix. Now we’re going to bake at 425° in the oven until the tomatoes burst. The tomatoes are starting to pop. While we wait for that, we have our baguette. We’re going to cover these in garlic butter and toast them. Now we toast them. Here’s what it looks like after. Okay. Okay, lastly, we’re going to top this with parmesan, fresh basil, and then bara cheese. Now, we’re going to add our bara cheese. Now, I actually don’t think I ever had bara cheese before, so this is going to be very interesting to give a try, too. Now, we’re going to mix. This smells amazing. Oh my goodness. Here’s the finished product. Okay, we’re going to give this a try. Again, I was never a fan of tomatoes. I’m not sure what bara cheese is, but we’re going to give it a scoop here and give it a try.
