I got the Everything but the Kitchen Sink and I had the opposite issue. Don’t get me wrong, I love mix ins, and a lot of them, but there was so little icecream!

Ben and Jerry’s is gonna continue to go downhill until they collapse. It’s just another corporate property they want to squeeze until there is no more juice left.

oh my gosh, a few years ago i had two pints with no/very little toffee too!! i didnt contact the company about it but maybe i should have as it seems like a common issue 🙁

I had this one recently and I almost had too much toffee in mine. Either that or the chunks were too big to be enjoyable. I didn’t really like the texture and flavor of the toffee either.

Oh you don’t want the toffee. They are the most rancid disgusting toffee pieces out there. Especially because this amazing flavor used to be Coffee HEATH BAR Crunch and was consistently amongst the top flavors during its entire lifespan. Then they went non GMO, got rid of the Heath Bars and put in this truly vile toffee. To this day, this flavor has one of the worst ratings on B and Js web site from hundreds of people apoplectic about the change. Even if they had just picked a somewhat passable toffee this travesty would have been mitigated but they went from absolute perfection to THIS. Oh and they got rid of the Vanilla Heath Bar Crunch as well at the same time. One of my worst ice cream memories was stocking CHBC every week in my freezer and suddenly one week THIS happened. It’s a collective trauma as well, as many reviews know the exact day they ruined it, it’s seared in our heads.
