    Post workout your insulin levels are naturally high and you can absorb a good amount of carbohydrates without your blood sugar spiking… also only 36 grams of protein here. I’d say it’s light on protein and light on carbs too. That said, if the OP is a quite small individual that might be just the right amount of protein and carbs… and if the OP eats several meals a day the amount of protein and carbs might be right in the money.

    It’s basically a perfect meal with a ton of nutrients and very gut friendly. I’m really impressed.
