Breakfast: my current go to is an Isopure with a celsius packet and creatine added to it along with a packet of strawberry yoggies

Lunch: Slow cooked chicken and rice with taco seasoning, green chilies, oinoin, diced tomatoes and a green bell pepper. I added low fat cheese and salsa on top.

Snack/lunch #2: 200g honey crisp apple and a frozen Costco french onion soup (the soup isn't the best but it came in a pack of 6 so I'll finish them but I wouldn't buy them again).

Dinner: smoked pulled pork with some sugar free BBQ sauce, asparagus and cottage cheese.

1300 calories and 119g protein in total.

Overall a very filling day!
