Both sandwiches are the Sweet and Sassy Molassey tofu. Buffalo and garlic parm wings. My mom had Mac salad and I had truffle fries. Delish!

Portland MUST have an Asian market, or vegan friendly store that sells the May-Wah drums. We have multiple places here that sell them frozen. They’re incredible in the air fryer!
