My boss took me here for lunch the other day. Burger has smoked brisket, a ground brisket patty, fries, house made cheese sauce (in place of curds), aioli (in place of gravy) and red onions. I don’t know where they sourced the buns from, but they were wonderfully fluffy with just the right chew. It was It was spectacular.
