I prefer a thinner patty if you want to eat more beef just do a double patty with cheese on both my guy, but if you really want to keep using a big patty, extra cheese, lots of condiments, and cook that thing mediumish so it don’t get too dry.

For thick patties either made a thumb print in the middle or shape the paddies with slightly raised edges. This will help cook into a puck shape instead of having a thicker patty in the center
