[Music] This is how you make the best beef chaan. Off maximum heat oil to our velvet beef. We’re going to add a bit of dark soy sauce. Mix it in and throw it into the oil. Move it a little bit. Make sure it doesn’t stick. Once the beef is cooked, we’re going to strain it. Now, we’re going to add a little bit more oil to the walk. Your hop on goes in the walk. You want to move it around, but you don’t want to break it. Okay. Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tiny bit of dark soy sauce just to give it that color. Chicken powder, beef goes back in, green onions. Now we have bean sprouts, sesame oil around the wall, Chinese cooking wine. We finish it off with a little bit of yum for that extra kick. Now we serve.
