⚫️ ingredients:
– 2lb raw shrimps
– 5-6 tomatoes chopped or purée
– 3-4 garlic cloves
– 2-3 star anise
– 1/3 of a cup ouzo
– 1 handful parsley
– olive oil
– salt and pepper
– feta cheese as much as you want
⚫️ instructions:
– into a preheated skillet add the olive oil, the garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins, then add the tomatoes, the salt and the pepper and let cook in medium heat covered until you have a thick tomato sauce
– add the shrimps and cook for another 5 mins
– last add the feta cheese, and garnish with some parsley and red hot pepper flakes and a splash of olive oil and enjoy with grilled/toasted bread
