I am a quiet follower of this r/espresso for a few weeks and i am pretty much done with my setup.
Coming from a pavoni europiccola and a really unreliable Graef CM 800.
Recently made a huge upgrade to a Quickmill Rubino and a Bezzera BB005. All this, including the knockbox cost me 500€.
I bought a nicer feeling tamper and a bottomless porta filter. The next thing for me is a nice, fast response scale which uses batteries. I am thinking about the Wacoco exagram, since my hario scale is a litte slow.
Do you have any recommendations?

That Bezzera BB005 is surprisingly good for its money! If you are going to clean it be sure to set the grinder to a coarse grind before using any Grindz 😶

I had that grinder for one and a half year and I am pretty sure this isn’t Endgame
Love it! It will produce good quality coffee. Maybe in time swap the grinder?
