Homemade Sapporo creamy miso ramen

I’ve been making ramen as a hobby for a couple of years now. Today I cooked a creamy vegetarian miso ramen that came out really good! I’ve never been to Japan to try the real thing, but I’m heading there next week to take a few ramen classes and try as many different bowls as possible.
