How to make an Easy & Delicious Kebab! 🤤

Ingredients:
– 500 grams ground meat
– 1 onion
– Parsley
– Salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin

For the vegetables:
– Tomatoes, peppers
– Salt, olive oil

Chop the onion and parsley in a food processor and squeeze out the juice. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, and spices, and knead well. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and cut it into long strips using a knife or spatula, leaving space between each. Place tomatoes and peppers around the edges of the tray. Add salt and olive oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 15 minutes (top and bottom heat).

Then switch the oven to the top grill setting and let it brown slightly without drying it out.
Note: If the vegetables didn’t roast to your liking, you can move them to a separate tray and roast them in the oven—that’s what I did 😁
