I second the motion for cortados. It’s only really good with the right person making it, and really paying attention to the milk/coffee ratio. Too many put way too much milk in. But iced coffee as you’ve shown is great in the right season. We have a winter. Hard to buy into. But certainly works for other seasons. Have you a particular recipe to share I terms of espresso to water? For my taste buds, I tend to taste coffee at least , better, when it’s cooler. Not sure anyone else has this weirdness but the notes of flavor seem to be accentuated for me. Nonetheless, thanks for sharing.

In the summer? Absolutely.
Winter? Double esspresso, long black/ Americano. If I’m feeling wild I might try an espresso macchiato. Even cortados are a bit too much milk for me.

Lately? Since 2016 here.
Not long black per se. I pull a shot over ice cubes, four seconds of water from my RO water spout, splash of milk.

If the right person makes your cortado, the milk will be there but not really stand out and mask the coffee. The ratio should be ideally one to one but most places add more for the 5- 8 bucks you are paying. At worst it should be 1:1.5. Anyone else loving cortados please feel free to give your ideal ratio. Maybe my ratio is as as weird as my tastebuds! !
