
Could’ve easily been under 400 cals if I skipped the breadcrumbs and sauce. 1200 calories can go a long way… so tired of the fear mongering around that number.
Swai Fish, Shrimp, BBQ Sauce, Fake Butter, Potato, String Beans = ~438 calories
