Recipe
1. 200 gr bulgur (boiled)
2. 3 fresh onions
3. 1 small dry onion
4. 2 medium tomatoes
5. 1/2 cucumber
6. persil
7. mint
8. 4 tbsp vinegar (balsamic or wine)
9. 1/2 lemon juice
10. 4 tbsp olive oil (by approximation)
11. salt-pepper
Procedure
This is an extremely simple dish to make. It can be served as main course, even though it is usually served as a meze. If you believe that the amount of this salad is too big, please divide the salad into half. All the ingredients must be cut into very small pieces.
Description
Tabbouleh is a well known Levantine salad that is prepared in Greece as well. It can be found in the menus of many restaurants in Athens.
