I’ve been making this style pie for almost two years now. The crispy cheese on the ends, and thick focaccia style crust always hit 🤌

Absolutely love Sicilian pizza! Honestly, I think it doesn’t get enough attention compared to the New York slices.

What’s the recipe for your dough?! Unreal

I’ll never pass up a Sicilian. That’s all my family ate growing up.

Most people make it too doughy, but if done right it’s great

I call this a grandma pie. I’ve been to Sicily many times, and ate a shitload of pizza there. None of it even remotely resembled what gets called “Sicilian pizza” here. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had even 20 years later and it all looked more or less like that [this place had on their yelp.](https://yelp.to/ruA4aKsd3F)

Looks good. But when you ask if I have love for Sicilian, I do. I also had love for grandma pies.
