One of my favorite spots throughout LA
1 – salmon belly, hottate, toro
2 – negi-toro roll
3 – toro jalapeño roll: chopped toro, tempura jalapeño, avocado
4 – Northridge roll: special to this location, crab mix and avocado topped with salmon and red onion mixture
5 – honey hand roll – spicy tuna, shrimp, crab, with avocado

I just worked in Northridge for a couple months and I was absolutely blown away by the restaurant Kopan there. It has no right to be as good as it is, and if you feel like a drive go down to the one in Encino on Ventura.
(But really you should just be driving over to Chiba in Noho!)
The red onion mixture, mayo and what else do you think was in it?
