Ingredients

For the kunafa:

Butter or ghee

Mozzarella cheese (grated or shredded)

Cream cheese or ricotta (for creamier filling)

Optional: Orange food coloring

For the sugar syrup:

Sugar

Water

Rosewater or orange blossom water (optional, for fragrance)

Lemon juice

For garnish:

Chopped pistachios

Optional: Dried rose petals
