If you want a low carb ravioli dish, use zucchini instead of pasta. Make a simple ricotta basil filling and then lay two to three strips of zucchini on top of each other and fold the strips over the ricotta mixture. You can fit about 15 or 18 in a baking dish along with marinara, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. It is so good that nobody will miss the pasta, but the funny thing is I will often make it and serve it with a side of pasta because I just love the idea of eating more veggies. So good.

  1. Thank You! Very gluten intolerant. Always cave in and eat gluten ( pasta) then the nausea comes 15 minutes later and I just can’t do it anymore but this is one of my favs. I love your channel
