Yesterday I made avocado toast on Ezekiel bread and added leftover slaw from fish tacos I had made before. Lunch was chicken with orzo soup. For the soup I boiled the bones of a rotisserie chicken to get the broth then I sautéed onion garlic carrots and fresh thyme . Added the broth and orzo and cooked. On the side had golden kiwi and homemade whole wheat sourdough with butter.
