    What you’ll need:
    🧄 Garlic + onion
    🥛 Coconut cream + vegan cream cheese
    🍅 Sun-dried tomatoes
    🍝 Gnocchi
    🌱 Spinach
    🧂 Italian seasoning, pepper, salt
    🧀 Nutritional yeast or parmesan
    🍋 Lemon juice (optional)

    Sauté garlic & onion in olive oil + butter, stir in cream, cream cheese & sun-dried tomatoes. Add gnocchi and let it simmer until tender and the sauce is silky. Finish with spinach, lemon juice & a drizzle of tomato oil 🙌
