Food is frequency.
Every ingredient holds a vibration.
Every craving carries a message.
My inner child wanted comfort not the drive-thru kind, the home-frequency kind.
So I made my mom’s version of “we got food at home” a Turkish-style köfte burger on pide bread. Comfort food, but leveled up.
✨ Köfte (Turkish burger base)
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ white onion
• 2 Tbsp each Fresh dill & parsley (chopped fine)
• 1 egg
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• 1/2 Tbsp Kosher salt, cracked black pepper
• 1 tsp Smoked paprika
• 1/8 tsp Tiny pinch of cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cumin
→ Mix everything, form one big smash burger (~5 oz) for the nostalgic inner child and smaller 1-oz patties for the adult who meal-preps with wisdom.
🥒 Shepherd’s Salad
Tomato, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, and a drizzle of good olive oil. Refreshing, grounding, and bright the frequency of balance.
🧄 Tzatziki Sauce
Grate 1 cucumber, salt it, and put it in a strainer over a bowl & let it drain. Mix with 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt. That’s edible peace right there.
🍅 Energetic Layers:
Tomato = fire & vitality
Cucumber = water & calm
Red onion = detox & release
Parsley = renewal
Dill = clarity
Garlic = protection
Lemon = uplift
Yogurt = peace
Olive oil = intention
Beef = grounding
This isn’t just cooking it’s alchemy.
Eat with intention.
Cook once, eat twice.
Raise your frequency, one bite at a time.

I’m sure we all heard that line growing up. We got food at home. Well, guess what? When I asked my mom for a hamburger, this is what I got. Being I grew up in a Turkish household, so a lot of my childhood favorites are Turkishbased. And I’ll be sharing my little favorites here and there being I’m big on inner child healing. So, with that inner child healing comes inner child food cravings. And of course, you know, I put my spin on it. That’s the fun of getting in the kitchen and cooking. You can take a recipe and tweak it to your liking. I’ve shared the recipe for all this in the captions for the kofa patty, the taziki, and the shephardd salad. I wish I had feta cheese for this burger, but I was fresh out of it. it still slaps because the love that goes into the food can be tasted. That’s another way you raise your frequency, too, cuz you’re giving your own energy back to yourself. Food is fuel. Food is frequency. And I hope you get in the kitchen and start cooking.
