Found wood in my Dadu caramel ice cream :/

Called to let them know and whoever answered the phone said , “Wood? That’s not possible”. So, I emailed the pictures and other information they asked for, but received no response, no apology, nothing 🙄. I won’t be buying this brand ever again.
