Finally starting to make some decent burgers at home. This was technically a smash burger but not too thin. But it was the sauce that put it over the top which I used mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish and a few other ingredients. Brioche seeded bun from Aldi, Kraft singles cheese. Next time may need to add some lettuce, tomato and pickles.

In the background is Arby's frozen curly fries that I fried in beef tallow. So good!!
