Seaham Hall, a five-star hotel on the County Durham coast, is set to host ‘An Evening with Gaja,’ a four-course dining event in honour of one of Italy’s ‘most prestigious wineries’, Gaja.
The event, scheduled for November 7, will feature a menu paired with Gaja wines, all hosted by winery ambassador, Francesca Cioce.
Ross Grieve, managing director at Seaham Hall, said: “We’re delighted to be hosting an exclusive dining experience in partnership with Gaja.
“This event brings together the very best of culinary creativity and world-class winemaking and is a true celebration of flavour, quality, craftsmanship and sophistication.
“The evening is set to be truly memorable, and we can’t wait to welcome our guests.”

Founded in 1859, Gaja Winery is acclaimed for its innovative and quality wines, particularly those made from the Nebbiolo grape.
The winery first gained an international reputation for the red wine it produces in the Piemonte region of northwestern Italy.
Seaham Hall guests can look forward to a menu boasting dishes such as Isle of Uig halibut with mussels, dill, and parmesan polenta, braised Old Spot pig cheek with sage, and roast duck with endives, glazed beets, and red wine sauce.
The evening will conclude with Dominican chocolate, Agen prunes, and Gaja Grappa Sperss.
Tickets for the event are priced at £95 per person.
