Ingredients:1 1/2 cups fine semolina,2 Tbsp sugar,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 cup melted unsalted butter ,1/2 cup milk (or as needed )3/4 tsp baking powder
Directions : mix together your dry ingredients , add in your melted butter until your semolina becomes a sandy mixture , slowly add your milk and mix until you get a nice smooth dough,use as needed ,cover and set aside for 5 minutes ,you can use a round cookie cutter to shape your harcha into medium sized circles,sprinkle a bit of plain semolina on top of your harcha once it’s shaped. In a pan on medium heat place your harcha and let them cook until both sides are nice and golden brown (about 8-9 minutes on each side ) keep your heat on medium so that the inside can cook as well. Serve with honey 🍯,cream cheese or butter and enjoy . Makes about 6-8 harcha depending on size.
