We’re going to caramelize some onions. We have some pepper jack cheese, some pepper arugula, some homemade potato chips, and then we’re going to make a horseradish ioli with mayonnaise, horseradish, worshshire sauce, wash your sister sauce, and then a little bit of salt and pepper. So, we’re going to toast our bun in that goodness. Here’s the toasted hogie bun. All right. All right, we’re going to make the horseradish ioli. Horseradish in a little bit of watch your sister sauce. Stir that up. Give it a taste. Tasting dope. That slaps. [Music] All right. Toasted hogy bun. Horseradish ioli. Both sides. Make it saucy, friends. Then we’re going to go in with the cheese. Pepper jack cheese. Give it a little spice. Little bit of arugula on the bottom. A perfect mid rare ribeye.
